Warranty / Insurance
Custom Color Contacts are custom designed and made according to individual specifications. The lens coloring is the most accurate manufacturing color match in the contact lens industry. However, it is important to be aware that there can be some slight color differences. Our artists rely on the accuracy of photos to replicate the requested color. Slides are not recommended. Color interpretation is subjective and may cause some color tones to be slightly off (especially greens and blues) due to the translucency of the iris.
There are no refunds for custom lenses. But we will do everything possible to work with you and make sure you are satisfied with our products and services. In the event that the color is grossly different from your photos, or a lens has a manufacturing defect, we will remake the lens at no additional charge. However, if color adjustments are needed or a lens is torn, a new lens must be purchased.
At Custom Color Contacts, we do not accept any insurance for Prosthetic contact lenses or the consultation fees. However we are happy to provide you any necessary coding information to process your own insurance submission.
